Senior Producer

Remote
Full Time
Senior Manager/Supervisor

FarBridge is a developer of high-quality, multi-platform games built on strong collaboration and a culture that values every contributor.  We are convinced that exceptional games come from teams who are empowered, trusted, and well-supported. Productive environments should foster creativity rather than limit it.  Our culture values clarity, collaboration, respect, and the ability to adapt while always doing right by each other and our players.

We’re looking for a Senior Producer to lead development efforts across multiple upcoming titles, partnering closely with Design, Art, and Engineering to set teams up for success. You'll drive planning from pre-production through delivery, ensuring goals are clear, risks are surfaced early, and teams are able to do their best work in a sustainable, balanced way.

This role is ideal for an experienced production leader who thrives on keeping cross-functional teams aligned, removing obstacles with diplomacy and decisiveness and turning complex ideas into clear execution plans.

Responsibilities

  • Drive project planning, scheduling, milestone management, and delivery across disciplines
  • Partner with leads to define goals, production methodologies, and communication cadence
  • Identify risks early and proactively update plans, processes, and expectations to keep teams on track
  • Ensure alignment across distributed and remote team members, keeping everyone informed and moving together
  • Facilitate clear, empathetic communication between development teams, leadership, and external partners
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting to ensure visibility and accountability
  • Promote a healthy team culture that balances ambition with sustainable development practices

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional game development experience in production roles
  • Has led teams of 15+ people for at least 6 months
  • Production ownership for at least 3 shipped titles, including one from pre-production to post launch
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to adapt messaging for different audiences
  • Able to maintain a distraction-free workspace for at least 6 hours per day
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Nice-to-Have Experience

We don’t expect this Senior Producer to come to us knowing how to do everything, additionally, we believe in mentoring and growing our team members while they work on projects. Any of the following experience is not required, but is a plus:

  • Scrum Master or Agile-related certification
  • Experience working with remote-first teams
  • Comfort working on both co-development and original IP
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Notion)
